Jas and I love being married. We have so much fun coming home to each other and hanging out. We live in Washington Terrace in an apartment. We are both going to school and working, STRESS.. but I wouldn't like it any other way. I am going into education to be an elementary school teacher and Jason is going into international business. He is working at American Family Insurance and I still work at Tanning Oasis, they are both great to work with our school schedules. We are sunbeam teachers.. which is a handful but we love it, last week we asked one of the boys what his moms name was and he said: mom Packer (his last name) they always keep us laughing. Jason is coaching football for the Clinton Seahawks 9th graders. They just made it to the Mini Bowl which is Saturday. GO SEAHAWKS! Jason and I have been married for 4 months yesterday, time has flown by!
Jason's grandpa passed away about a month ago which was hard for us and the Hirschi's, we will miss him a lot. It's a good feeling to know you get to see him again. We were both sick on Halloween... we didn't get flu shots!ha So we had a good time just handing out candy and watching movies. We love our date nights, Jason still loves to spoil me.We have fun going out with friends or just us. I live for the weekends!! Marriage life is great, it's the best feeling knowing you have someone there for you ALL the time! Even picking up the dirty socks and cleaning the hair out of the sink isn't that bad. ha
Well.. this pretty much sums up what we have been doing for the past four months. I'll get better at updating, this whole blog thing is new for me.. I can't even figure out how to put music on it. haha Until next time friendlies and fam,
Kort

Honeymoonin!
It has taken me a million years to get this up! I really need to work on this whole blogging thing! Anyway... I thought I would post some pictures of the honeymoon!
We went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico it was so beautiful. We stayed in a place called The Palladium, they treat honeymooners like celebrities. As soon as we got there, they upgraded our room to the honeymoon suite. It had a HUGE tub in the middle of the room with a king size bed and the best part, we got free room service whenever we wanted. We had room service every night at like 2 in the morning! We had a lot of fun in the water boogie boarding and laying out. It was an all inclusive resort so we were able to get food and drinks whenever we wanted. They all thought that we were crazy because we never wanted alcohol in our drinks. They soon knew us as the "virgin drinkers" haha. Jason's Spanish helped us out so much. I can't even count how many times I asked him what in the world they were saying.
My favorite part of the trip was when we did the outdoor adventure. We took a bus then a boat to this BEAUTIFUL part of Puerto Vallarta. We took mules up the mountain and then zip lined and rapeled all the way down. We met some really cool people and had so much fun!I crave the feeling of flying over beautiful land, it was so sweet!
We went to the city one of the days. It was cool to go into all the little shops and bargin with them. We saw really cool sites, there was one guy balancing four boulders on top of each other for money. I have no idea how he did it. We went to Chili's while we were there, all I can say it was mexican style Chili's. haha It was fun to walk around and just be with my sweetheart. I was sad to have to come home. My honeymoon was my favorite trip I have ever been on.

Offically Kortnee Hirschi
I am now Kortnee Hirschi! It has almost been 2 months since our wedding day, time has flown by! July 1st 2010 was the best day of my life. We were married in the Salt Lake Temple and had our reception at The Weber State Alumni Center. Everything went perfect.. except Jason ripping his pants right before we were supposed to get in line! haha It was great! Being married doesn't feel any different then when we were dating, excpet the whole living together thing! It's like being able to hang out with your best friend all the time!
My Family, they were the biggest support during the wedding! I couldn't ask for a better fam!
Jason's family! The Hirschi's are the greatest in laws ever! They are so welcoming and I love them very much!
Everyone that came to the Temple!

The start of a new beginning!
Hi everyone! :) Jason and I thought it would be fun to start a blog so we'll give it a shot! I'll start out by telling you a little about how we met. Jason and I have always lived right by each other. He was the older stud that I never even thought about talking to, and we never did. When Jas got home from his mission we starting talking. I was so excited when he asked me on our first date. The rest is history...
We are getting married on July 1st in the Salt Lake Temple and couldn't be more excited. Two weeks away! Being able to marry your best friend and know it's forever is the best feeling ever. Complete bliss! Well, not much more to say now, next post i'll be married! See ya!
